Rúben Teixeira is a professional drummer and musician from Aveiro, Portugal. City were, from an early age, started to learn how to play various instruments: drums, guitar, piano, etc. In 2020 finished his Bachelor Degree in Music in ESMAE, Porto.

He has performed with several artists, such as Marta Carvalho, Sebastião Oliveira, Lazy Eye Society, and with them, has shared the stage with national and international names: Seu Jorge, James Arthur, Sam the Kid, Aurea, etc. Rúben also teaches in various schools in Aveiro.

At this moment, he is touring with the band Perpetua, of which he is one of the founders, drummer and producer.

Besides performing and teaching, Rúben runs Wakai Studio, a recording Studio, where he does Music Production, Sound Design and Sound Engineer.
